Frequently asked questions
Do I have to throw away my plastic cards?
No. Your card in the app is the same card; the plastic keeps working. Many families leave the cards at home and keep the app at hand.
Does this work without internet?
Yes. Your cards are also on your device, so the show screen works even in a shop with poor coverage.
