No, never. That is not a setting but a building rule: the owner's screen does not even load reservations.
Can grandma join without an account?
Yes. A guest gets a personal link to tick things off, and a member without an account has a list someone else keeps for them.
Does the organiser see the draw?
No. Every participant sees only who they drew; the organiser sees the full draw only on the day of the party.
